In 2019, I put together a 5 minute radio package about the famous Limerick Milk Market. The market is a haven for both Limerick natives and visitors to find the finest local cuisine, records, and much more. Like all food markets, but particularly in Limerick, you get to meet the most interesting, hardworking, and passionate people, that are all so invested in their craft. Speaking to them, you really get a feel for the warmth and history within Limerick, indicated perfectly by the full belly I left with on the day. Something that unfortunately the city is not always known for. So take a listen, and by all means check it out if you get the chance:
